Staff Programs
Get your beat on with this NEW Beat Box Fitness class! This class is a mix of cardio, weights, and dance all mixed into one! It is a fun way to get in shape, meet new people and have lots of fun doing it! 4-week theme: Footloose, Dirty Dancing and Grease! 2-3 lb weights needed but not required.
